Refund Policy for Madras MindWorks
At Madras MindWorks, we are committed to delivering high-quality VR services to our clients. We strive to ensure that our projects meet the expectations and requirements outlined at the time of service agreement. However, we understand that certain circumstances may necessitate refunds. Below is our detailed refund policy:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
- Failure to deliver the agreed project milestones due to technical or operational limitations attributable to Madras MindWorks.
- If the client cancels the project before any development or design work has commenced.
- In cases where the delivered product does not match the specifications agreed upon in the signed service agreement.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Cancellation after the project has progressed beyond 30% of the development stage.
- Changes or scope modifications requested by the client after project initiation.
- Delay caused by the client, including failure to provide necessary information or approvals.
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences if the delivered service meets the agreed requirements.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@madrasmindworks.com within 14 days of project completion or cancellation. Refund claims will be reviewed and processed within 30 business days. Clients may be required to provide supporting documentation or evidence to validate their refund request.
4. Refund Calculation
For international clients (starting from USD 1,000) and domestic clients (starting from INR 3,00,000), the refund amount is calculated as follows:
- Cancellation before development: 90% refund of the paid amount.
- Cancellation after up to 30% development: 50% refund of the paid amount.
- Cancellation beyond 30% development: No refund.
5. Force Majeure Clause
No refunds will be issued for project delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding refunds, clients are encouraged to resolve the matter amicably through discussions with our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration as per the jurisdictional laws of Chennai, India.
