Position: Strategic Account Manager

Qualification: Relevant qualification


  • Proven experience as a Strategic Account Manager in the AR/VR industry.
  • Experience in B2B, preferably in the AR/VR industry.
  • Strong understanding of AR/VR technologies, applications, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly within the context of AR/VR solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic account plans.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty within strategic accounts for client retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing AR/VR accounts.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the organization, ensuring a seamless collaboration.
  • Utilize market insights to proactively identify new business opportunities and challenges within the AR/VR sector.
